EMEA HR Administrator (m/f/div) full time or part time

Your responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documents, such as contracts of employment, certificates, reference letters, etc. in German and English language
  • Ensure the relevant HR-database/systems are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process including job advertisements, liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence with candidates
  • Prepare the monthly payroll
  • Support organisational and administrative tasks regarding our Headquaters health management
  • Support the HR Vice President in EMEA-related projects (e.g. organisation of EMEA HR meetings, collecting information on EMEA CSR activities, etc.)

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship with a focus on HR (ideally certificate as “Personalfachkaufmann” f/m/div)
  • 3 years’ experience in an HR-administration role including the preparation of payroll
  • Up-to-date knowledge of German HR rules and regulations including social security law
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English language
  • Proven experience in HR-systems (such as Success Factors) 
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter; happy to pitch into the basic day-to-day tasks
  • Excellent work ethic and grounding of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
