Graduate (f/m/div) in Economy or Business Administration with International Background as Corporate Administration & Communication Assistant with Focus on the EMEA Region

Your responsibilities

Strengthen the communication between Sysmex Corporation (mother company in Japan), Sysmex Europe (EMEA headquarters) and our country organisations by maximising the efficiency of corporate communications
  • Support corporate communication in rolling out company (EMEA-wide) communications, including all forms of media
  • Contribute to liaison function between Sysmex Corporation, Sysmex Europe and our country organisations in EMEA
  • Assist the Sysmex Europe management board in meetings and all manner of presentations
  • Provide support to visitors from Sysmex Corporation during their visits at EMEA headquarters
  • Translate official meeting documents into Japanese or English
Assisting the board by supporting regional business strategy and governance structure
  • Provide support in the annual and mid-term plan processes
  • Contribute to the process of monitoring the main key targets in EMEA
  • Maintain the governance packages and handle approvals for EMEA projects at Sysmex Corporation and take care of ad-hoc requests

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Proven professional experience in international business
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Japanese and English
  • Understanding of the Japanese culture, language and way of business, ideally acquired through working experience in Japan
  • Keen interest in marketing and communications
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm about interacting with others and strong written and verbal skills
