IT Specialist (f/m/div) for Remote Services in Medical Technology - Laboratory IT Solutions
Your responsibilities
- Operate our Central Remote Access Server (C-RAS)
- Provide 2nd level support to affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region for our remote service tools
- Administer our Linux-based mail server
- Create and manage computer images with regards to IT security
- Evaluate and shape future remote service solutions
- Create and review manuals
Your profile
- IT-related studies/training or comparable professional technical background with a major focus on IT
- Knowledge of and experience with VPNs (particularly IPsec), MS Windows, Linux as well as network protocols & security
- Experience with PowerShell, Wireshark and TeamViewer Enterprise Solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
- Accurate and structured work style
- Interest in gaining thorough knowledge of our products as well as of our customer's environment and processes
