Teamlead (f/m/div) EMEA Controlling
Your responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of seven controlling specialists with various focuses
- Acting as a sparring partner and motivator for your team
- Coordination of the monthly closing and forecasting activities as well as preparing the presentation for our management board
- Consolidation of our EMEA and subregional financial numbers
- Taking responsibility for the budget process and its coordination with our headquarters in Japan
- Improvement of our reporting tools, including the automation of processes
- Continuous exchange with our headquarters in Japan and our EMEA affiliates covering all financial and controlling matters
Your profile
- Sucessfully achieved graduate degree in either business administration, economics or a similar educational background
- Five years of working experience in a similar job within headquarters environment
- First experience in leading a team
- International work experience and intercultural skills
- Knowledge of VBA and SAP will be an advantage
- Hands-on mentality
- Good presentational skills as well as a good understanding on how to present complex data in a comprehensible way
- Very good English skills in written and spoken communication
