Calibrator designed for Sysmex haematology analysers
SCS-1000 is a calibrator specifically designed for Sysmex pocH-100i, XP-300 and XQ-Series. It enables the calibration of haematology analysers during installation, for example, and can be used for calibration verification whenever needed. SCS-1000 assures metrological traceability according to ISO 17511, allowing global comparability of patient sample results.
Ensuring correct measurement results
SCS-1000 consists of stabilised human red blood cells, fixed mammalian white blood cells, and a platelet component in a preservative medium. It is available in one concentration level to perform a 1-point calibration.

The assay data are provided as assay target and limits.
SCS-1000 is stored at 2-8°C before and after opening. The period of use is four weeks per lot. As calibrators are used only for the calibration procedure itself, the open vial stability is four hours. The volume per vial is 2.0 mL.
